Last week’s TrimHealthyMama Food Journal

As I mentioned last week, I hit goal weight recently and so have been trying to add more Crossover meals intentionally so I don’t lose more weight. Not a bad problem to have!

I love oatmeal with lots of butter and a sprinkle of nuts, sweet potatoes with lots of butter, rice with butter, popcorn with butter (see a pattern?) – and so on.

My food journal is incomplete this week because I totally forgot to keep track of my eating on Saturday. We had a very busy day and I just didn’t track. We did see The Jungle Book that day as a family, loved it!

Sunday

Fried egg, 2 slices bacon, coffee and cream, *No-bake cookie – S @ 9
0% Greek yogurt with ½ banana and piece of BAM cake – E @ 12
Instant “cheesecake” – S @ 3
Spaghetti zoodles with meat sauce, red wine – S @ 5

Monday

0% Greek yogurt with peanut butter and strawberries, coffee and cream – S @ 8:30
*THM waffles with butter, 1/2 banana and 0% Greek yogurt – XO @ 12
1/2 banana, THM waffle, strawberry okra protein shake – E @ 3
Trim Train Taco Soup, two pieces sprouted bread and butter – XO @ 7
*Hot chocolate Trimmy – FP @ 8

Tuesday

Fried egg, turkey sausage, sprouted grain toast, coffee and cream – S @ 9
0% Greek yogurt with berries – FP @ 11
Trim train taco soup, 0% Greek yogurt with ½ banana – E @ 12
Instant cheesecake – S @ 3
Ham-wrapped chicken with Swiss cheese, broccoli, green salad – S @ 6:45

Pork tenderloin, green salad, two pieces sprouted bread – E @ 6:30

Thursday
