Black bean burgers and sweet potato fries – E @ 6

Thursday
Coffee with cream, steel cut oats – XO @ 6:30

Salmon with green beans and rice – XO @ 6
French fries – off plan @ 9

Friday
Coffee with cream, *Brainy Blueberry muffin
*Swiss bread with butter

Taco salad – lettuce, ground beef, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, chips and queso -XO @ 6

Saturday
Coffee with milk, *chocolate banana muffin- E @ 7

Tuna with Tabasco – FP @ 1
Almond cake, meatballs, cauliflower, broccoli – XO/off plan @ 4
Chicken Mozzarella over zucchini noodles – S @ 7:30
