Sorry for the huge close-up of my thumbnail. Sometimes I don’t have time to create a pretty picture, so I just snap one quickly.

Another easy way to eat your collagen and gelatin: make gummies! They’re so yummy and are a perfect snack when you’re feeling a bit hungry between meals. They’re a Fuel Pull and a good source of protein.

These are the strawberry gummies from the THM cookbook. I love the pretty layers that form when you mix the recipe in the blender before pouring into a container to solidify.

Last week, my four oldest kids planned the menu, made a list and shopped (and put the food away!) and cooked dinner four times. It was so nice, and I think they made great choices.
