0% Greek yogurt with ½ banana, 1 tsp peanut butter – E @ 11

Tuesday
Coffee and cream, “apple” cheese danish – S @ 7
*Lemon Fat Stripping Frappa – FP @ 9
Oatmeal with 0% Greek yogurt, raspberries and ¼ banana – E @ 11
*Banana nut muffin, *Hot chocolate Trimmy – S @ 3
Zucchini Flan – S @ 6
Popcorn with butter – XO @ 8

Wednesday

Egg sandwich with parmesan cheese on *Swiss bread, *Hot chocolate Trimmy – S @ 12

*Banana nut muffin – S @ 11:15
Turkey-wrapped pickle – FP @ 12:30
Steel-cut oats with strawberries and 0% Greek yogurt – E @ 3
*Egg roll in a bowl, brown rice – E @ 6

Friday
