Sunday

Oatmeal with berries, nuts, butter, coffee and cream – XO @ 8

Tuna sandwich on sprouted grain bread, green salad, carrots, berries – XO @ 12

Burrito bowl – ground beef, shredded lettuce, cheese, sour cream, black olives, salsa – S @ 7

½ banana, 2 T peanut butter – XO @ 11

 

Monday

Steel cut oats with ½ sliced banana and butter, coffee and cream – XO @ 9

Turkey and cheese sandwich on gluten-free bread, carrot sticks, grapes – XO @ 12
(technically this was off plan since the bread, while gluten-free, was not sprouted)

Taco salad – lettuce, ground beef, cheese, salsa – S @ 1

*Chocolate fat stripping frappa — FP @ 3:30

Sausage and cheese frittata, green salad with Feta cheese and cucumbers – S @ 7

 

Tuesday

Steel-cut oatmeal with butter and strawberries, coffee and cream – XO @ 8

0% Greek yogurt with peanut flour and ¼ banana, *Hot chocolate Trimmy – E @ 10:30

*Strawberry muffin – FP @ 12

*Cottage berry whip – FP @ 2

Instant cheesecake – S @ 3

Baked chicken, green salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, Bleu cheese, *green fries – S @ 6:30

 

Wednesday

Fried eggs with veggies and bacon, coffee and cream – S @ 8

Cheese quesadilla with veggies – S @ 11

*Trimtastic zucchini cake with raspberry frosting – S @ 2

Raspberry-okra shake – FP @ 4

Red lentil soup, *Swiss bread, *Trimtastic zucchini cake with raspberry frosting – XO @ 8:00

*Trimtastic zucchini cake with raspberry frosting – S @ 3:00 (Yes, I woke up in the middle of the night and had cake! For some odd reason I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night hungry. Perimenopause is so weird!)

 

Thursday

*Trimtastic zucchini cake with raspberry frosting, coffee and cream – S @ 6:00 (yep, cake for breakfast!)

2 fried eggs, ½ *fat stripping frappa – S @ 8:30

Half an avocado with salsa – S @ 10:30

Pickle wrapped with swiss cheese and ham slice – S @ 12:30

0% Greek yogurt with peanut flour, *Swiss bread with butter, iced coffee with cream – S @ 2:30

*Egg roll in a bowl – FP @ 6

(Off plan) 4 Chick-Fil-A nuggets, small handful of fries  @ 9

 

Friday

Coffee and cream – S @ 6:45

Fried egg (S), *chocolate fat stripping frappa (FP) – @ 8:30

Oatmeal with blueberries – E @ 11:30

*Trimtastic zucchini cake with chocolate whipped cream frosting S @ 3:00

Half a sweet potato, chicken breast with sautéed vegetables and brown rice -E @ 7

*Hot chocolate Trimmy – FP @ 8

 

Saturday

Fried egg, 2 slices bacon, 1 piece sprouted bread, coffee and cream, *Trimtastic zucchini cake – S @ 8

Instant cheesecake – S @ 1:30

Brown rice pudding – E @ 4:30

0% Greek yogurt with ½ banana, piece of sprouted toast, *Hot chocolate Trimmy – E @ 6:30
