What I ate last week, Trim Healthy Mama style

Since I began eating a la Trim Healthy Mama™, I’ve been keeping a food diary. I highly recommend this practice. I’ll also be sharing what I ate here. Hopefully it will help people new to THM see that you can eat whatever you love, and you don’t need to feel deprived – I eat plenty of food, typically 4-5 times a day.

Also, I several of the meals I ate were from the cookbook (these are marked with an * asterisk), only because I am trying to work my way through it to discover our family’s favorites. About half of the meals I ate were my own recipes or from other cookbooks. Meaning, it’s not a requirement to cook every meal from the Trim Healthy Mama cookbook!

A few things:

This was my first time trying the Perfect Crust recipe from the THM cookbook. I’ve been making gluten-free pizza crust (or buying them pre-made) for years, and this is my very favorite thus far!
